Sample Menu 

People who regularly eat five tasty food groups (vegetables, fruits, legumes, wholegrains and foods containing Omega-3s) with a sprinkling of delicious and nutritious extras are the ones who feel good and are brimming with all the right energy! When catering at sports events I aim to provide a menu containing these essential nutrients that leaves you feeling cracking.

  • Overnight oats - mixed grains, nut milk, homemade chia berry jam and nut butter

  • Rye porridge with roast plums and hazelnut butter ​

  • Fuel bowl - aubergine balls, mixed grains, rich tomato sauce, cashew cheese, roasted shallots and rosemary farinata with a rocket salad

  • Refuel Bowl - paprika roasted carrots, mixed grains, turmeric and beetroot hummus, maple roasted radishes, homemade sauerkraut and raw cracker  

  • Cacao Chia Seed Protein Pudding Bowl 

  • Selection of plant based bars, bliss balls and slices including: Raw Snickers Slice, Chocolate Hemp Protein Bar, Mango and Coconut Bliss Ball, Raw Carrot Cake Cheesecake
