Cyclist, triathlete, molecular biologist, countryside and adventure lover, but most of all a FOOD enthusiast!
As a keen sportswoman food has always been key to my performance. I wanted readily available products that would fuel me through the challenges I set myself. Whether this was a charity cycle ride from London to Paris in 24 hours, the longest one day cycle ride around Windsor Park organised by Red Bull or just a weekend ride into the Surrey hills. I aways wanted food that would allow me to perform to the best of my ability.
Unable to find what I wanted I set out to make it myself!
I now aim to provide my customers with delicious and nutritious food whether they are super keen and talented athletes, everyday adventurers or thrill seekers organising their next trip from their office desk during their lunch break.
Alongside the cafe and the events I am also incredibly proud to provide the nutrition for British and National MTB Downhill Champion Jordan Williams.
